Infinity provides funding for sponsors to capitalize their GP or LP interests in opportunistic joint venture real estate transactions. As one of the few institutional investment managers focused on the underserved middle market, we strive to create value for institutional investors, family offices, and high net worth individuals.

Analysis Using Machine Learning and AI

Agregate Information

Infinity has access to data of 5000+ private and confidential deals, to which we add 10 to 15 per week.

Building a Statistical Model

Infinity uses a proprietary deep neural network model to score each deal from 1-99, accounting for the real estate diamond variables.

Invest in the 0.1%

Infinity shortlists projects for investment that have:
- 95 and above investment GPA
- A predefined risk number
- Top 1% of projects

Our Structure

General Partner

Infinity Capital Asset Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Management Company

Infinity Real Estate Fund, LLC, a Delaware series limited liability company.

Series

The Fund establishes an independent series per investment with its own bank account.

Structure

Limited Partners (“Investor”) invest in a deal-by-deal closed-ended structure managed.

Management Fee

We are a performance based firm, therefore do not charge a management fee.

Capital Distribution Waterfall
  1. Capital Contribution: Cash flow distributed to investors on pro rata basis until capital contribution is returned.
  2. Preferred Return: 9% annualized interest on initial investment is paid.
  3. Performance Promote: Profits thereafter are split 50% to investors and 50% to Infinity.
Investor Suitability

The Interests are being offered only to (1) “accredited investors,” as that term is defined in Rule 501(a) of Regulation D promulgated under the Securities Act, pursuant to Rule 506(c) of Regulation D; and (2) persons not meeting the definition of a “U.S. person” set forth in Rule 902(k) of Regulation S under the Securities Act. Investors must also be “qualified clients” as defined under Rule 205-3 of the Advisers Act.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum investment?

Infinity is an open-investment platform that works with investors of all experience and contribution interest levels. The minimum investment per project is $50,000. Investors can also choose to allocate a large sum of capital for Infinity to manage and distribute across a diversified portfolio of properties. The choice is yours.

How will I get updates on my investments?

Throughout the life of each investment, you will also receive detailed asset-level information, including investment memorandum, due diligence summaries, and ongoing quarterly reporting.

Am I able to sell my investments prior to the end of the hold period?

You may be able to offer your interests for sale on our platform at a target sale price based on the investment's net asset value at that time. However, liquidity and pricing are not guaranteed. Therefore, before investing, you should assume that you may be required to hold your assets for the hold period.

When and how will I receive distributions?

Distributions are typically made quarterly from available operating cash flow and are automatically deposited into investors' bank accounts. The size and timing of distributions depend on each investment's business plan and performance. Investors are notified of upcoming distributions and can track their distribution history through our online platform.

What is the structure of each project?

Each investment is a direct ownership interest in a limited partnership or other entity managed by Infinity, governed by the organizational and subscription documents applicable to that transaction.

What happens to my investment if Infinity no longer exists?

Since each investment is a direct ownership interest in a limited partnership or other entity, you are still a direct shareholder of the respective project(s) that you have invested in. The biggest impact is that you will manage your investment(s) directly, as Infinity will no longer manage and provide reports and distributions through its platform.
